Richard Ceffalio Jr. is a Chicago-area community leader, philanthropist, family man, and lifelong sports enthusiast whose life has been shaped by his ties to faith, family, and service. Rich Ceffalio Jr. was born to an Italian-American family in Chicago, Illinois, on June 19, 1972. Rich has been recognized for his leadership and contributions to the community on multiple occasions. One of the most notable honors is the Outstanding Achievement in Leadership Award he received from Dreams for Kids. Dreams for Kids works to empower young people facing adversity, including children with disabilities and those from underserved communities, by providing opportunities to lead, serve, and thrive. The award recognized Rich’s commitment to lifting up others and using his time and resources for the benefit of those who need it most.
